Position:  

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative at our OGS Stamping division to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests 
• Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures 
• Responsible for maintaining quote log and processing RFQ's through the quoting process 
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns 
• Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery 

Skills Requirements

• Microsoft Office 
• Must have good organizational, people, time management and communication skills Ability to multitask 
• Ability to "read" customers 
• Willingness to learn and gain knowledge of Company Capabilities 
• The candidate must have patience, a calming presence, use positive language, and be able to handle unpredictable situations 

 Education and Experience Required

• Knowledge of Manufacturing 
• College degree preferred but not necessary or 5 years' experience in customer service 

Please note that this is a 1st Shift position. Normal working hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Friday 7:00am -  11:00am (schedule is subject to change, based upon production requirements)
