Position:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative at our OGS Stamping division to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining quote log and processing RFQ's through the quoting process
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
Skills Requirements
- Microsoft Office
- Must have good organizational, people, time management and communication skills Ability to multitask
- Ability to "read" customers
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge of Company Capabilities
- The candidate must have patience, a calming presence, use positive language, and be able to handle unpredictable situations
Education and Experience Required
- Knowledge of Manufacturing
- College degree preferred but not necessary or 5 years' experience in customer service
Please note that this is a 1st Shift position. Normal working hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Friday 7:00am - 11:00am (schedule is subject to change, based upon production requirements)
