As a Call Center Agent, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with vehicle troubleshooting and providing exceptional service. What's the Job?

  • Respond to incoming customer calls regarding vehicle troubleshooting and support.
  • Provide accurate information about the customer program to client.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the designated systems.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Car enthusiastic individuals are welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience assisting customer troubleshooting or dealing with calls of stress personal nature
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
