Instructional System Design (ISD) Specialist
***Offer Contingent Upon Contract Award***
Crowned Grace International is seeking an Instructional System Design (ISD) Specialist for the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) with over six (6) years of adult curriculum development experience (or a lower degree plus experience).
Position Summary
The ISD Specialist's process for designing, developing, and sustaining CGC course materials for an 80-hour blended program, and performing the build-out and technical configuration of assigned content within the Government-provided LMS. Iterates content continuously based on validation-pilot feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop lesson plans, instructional aids, student/instructor guides, assessments, answer keys, and rubrics in accordance with the CGC Curriculum Development Guide and DAFH36-2675.
- Apply ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy alignment, and Kirkpatrick-based evaluation across the design lifecycle.
- Build and configure Complete Deliverable Packages in the Government LMS (student-facing, instructor-facing, and feedback mechanisms).
- Analyze pilot feedback and continuously iterate on modules; collaborate with SMEs to translate complex content into accessible, pedagogically sound modules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Blended Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field, or six (6) years of adult curriculum development experience (or lower degree plus experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design.
- 3+ years designing and delivering online/blended learning for adult, professional, or military audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate with highly technical SMEs; current permanent employee of the Prime offeror.
Personnel must be U.S. citizens and eligible for a favorable National Agency Check (minimum) and a DoD CAC / Tier 1 (NACI) as needed.
- Must be able to pass government background investigation.
