Senior Underwriter - Property Facultative

General Placement Service has partnered with a leading, A.M. Best A++ rated insurance carrier seeking a Senior Underwriter to manage Property Facultative Reinsurance accounts in New York City. This is a hybrid in-office/remote position and will require regular travel.
 
The main responsibility of this role is to market the company’s products by developing client relationships and underwriting risks. They’re looking for an outgoing, team player who can collaborate with other staff members to ensure company growth and success.
 
Qualifications
•5+ years of Property Facultative Reinsurance and/or primary E&S underwriting experience
•Bachelor’s Degree and designations such as ARe and CPCU are preferred
