To that end we are seeking a Contracts Specialist to performs duties related to Service Provider Contracts

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Compile provider contracts, services, and satisfaction data; prepare and analyze required and related reports; notify appropriate OCES staff.
  • Assist with initiating and monitoring provider contracts, including on-site evaluations, insurance coverage and monthly OIG checks to ensure quality of delivered services and compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with ensuring that current, accurate Provider contract data is in OCES files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in completing provider direct/billing functions as needed and requested.
  • Analyze procedures and recommend suggestions to reduce paperwork and/or improve process flow; implement after approved.
  • Provide primary backup for Contracts Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to respect the workplace and providers privacy and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical skills; attention to detail, accuracy, and due dates
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred
  • Two years of experience in an office environment

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift-up to 25 pounds at times
  • Ability to travel and reliable means of transportation.
  • Must have personal computer with secured internet access at home
