Retail Supervisors and Managers - Now Hiring

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated team in our South Portland Spirit Halloween store. We need supervisors and managers with retail or related experience.

This is a temporary position through mid November.

The ideal candidate will have background in retail management, retail supervision, or similar related supervision experience. 

**Responsibilities:** -

Manage all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, receiving goods, merchandising, scheduling and loss prevention.

Supervise and train store staff

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -

Maintain a clean and organized store environment -

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications:**

Experience in retail management or a similar role -

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively -

Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks efficiently -

Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service

Pay will depend on availability, related experience and overall experience.

We are hiring full and part time positions. Some weekend availability is needed. Last two weeks in October are critical to be available to work assigned shifts.
