Pay Rate:  $18.00/hour-$22.00/hour, plus potential profitability bonus

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday, flexible

Length: Temporary to Hire

Job Title: Customer Service/Transportation Specialist

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Responsibilities: 

• Find and call carriers to move freight 
• Understand available loads that need to be scheduled
• Take incoming calls from carriers asking to take loads posted on the website
• Handle any problems or issues that may arise
• Negotiate and price loads

Requirements: 

• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• Comfortable working on the phone all day
• Detailed and accurate
• Work within Excel spreadsheets and comfortable learning new software
• 30+ words per minute typing speed
