Babysitter Needed

I am looking for a flexible part time nanny for my unborn child. Due date is late December 2026. I am anticipating needing childcare at the start of March 2026. My husband travels for his job so I only need childcare when he is out of town. He is gone 50% of the time, but we typically know when he will be gone a month in advance. I work varying shifts that would result in my nanny starting work as early as 5:30a and ending as late as 7:30p, but never longer than 9 hours at a time. I have a dog and 3 cats, so my nanny would need to be comfortable around pets. I own a dog and 3 cats, so the nanny would need to be comfortable with pets in the home.
