Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for some help. I am located in Ada, MI. I'm mostly looking for additional support for my mother in my home. She is the primary caretaker of me and my sister's boys but I want additional help for her. There are 4 boys: 5, 3, 2. 5 and 1. The 2. 5 is on the spectrum with some speech care needs. Looking for care Monday - Friday. Typically 10 - 4 p.m. Right now with summer, all the boys are here. During the fall the 5 and 3 have school part of the day. There could be times when you are on your own with the three youngest, but it's pretty infrequent. Base rate for helping will be less than solo care rate. Base rate as helper - $18 Solo rate - $20
