Childcare Needed

My child is still a small baby (currently 3. 5 months). He has a hard time napping in a crib and needs a lot of cuddles. He is still following wake windows. His day consists of eating, playing/going on a stroller walk/talking, napping on repeat until night time. I am looking for someone with a flexible schedule as I work 3x 12 hour shifts weekly. I can guarantee you a 30hr work week on average but the days may vary from week to week.
