Babysitter Needed

Our 4-year-old is struggling with potty training. Our 2-year-old hasn't started yet. They could use help in training, as we have not been successful thus far. They like being active, whether that means moving around or arts and crafts. Especially our older one. We're looking for 2-3 days a week, roughly around standard business hours. I work a hybrid schedule and will sometimes be available at home, mom will be available but focusing on schoolwork.
