Nanny Needed

ISO: nanny in Hamilton, MA for 3 kids starting in September. 30 hours/week, hours are 8a-6p, 3 days per week. I work in medicine and have a varied schedule so days of the week may vary based off my work schedule. I do get my schedule pretty far in advance and there is some flexibility. Kids are 5 (in kindergarten), 3 (in morning preschool) and 1, so mostly home with the little kids. An ideal candidate would be someone with experience with multiple kids, outgoing and up for activities and lots of outdoor play, self directed and reliable. We also have a 10-year-old dog who is friendly.
