Mercy Pediatrics is a growing, patient-centered pediatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children and their families. We are seeking a motivated, caring, and collaborative Full-Time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team.

What You'll Do

- Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence.

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

- Perform well-child examinations and preventive care.

- Administer immunizations and provide anticipatory guidance.

- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and office staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

- Document encounters accurately using an electronic medical record (Athenahealth experience is a plus).

 Qualifications

- Active Connecticut APRN license.

- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP).

- DEA registration (or ability to obtain).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pediatric or primary care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience.

-Monday to Friday and Rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm
