We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume family-style, full-service casual dining restaurant in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service, building high-performing teams, and driving operational and financial success in a fast-paced dining environment.

We are looking for a stable, long-term leader with demonstrated success in family dining concepts similar to IHOP or other full-service casual restaurant brands.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant management and hourly teams.
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in family-style or full-service casual dining restaurants.
  • Experience with concepts similar to IHOP, Denny's, Black Bear Diner, Perkins, Village Inn, or comparable family dining brands preferred.
  • Strong P&L management, budgeting, labor, food cost, and inventory control experience.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Stable work history with long-term tenure; job hoppers will not be considered.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
