Delivery Driver

Location: Redmond, WA
Pay: $23–$26/hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time

Abilities:

Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to safely operate cargo vans, pickup trucks with trailers, and box trucks up to 26 feet in length. Demonstrates good judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to safety while working independently and managing multiple priorities. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to professionally represent the company when interacting with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and the public. Maintains accurate records, follows through on commitments, and supports team operations as needed.

Job Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including cargo vans, pickup trucks with trailers, and box trucks up to 26 feet
• Perform deliveries and pickups in a safe, timely, and efficient manner
• Plan delivery routes and adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials while preventing damage to assets
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Complete delivery documentation, vehicle inspection reports, trip logs, and other required records
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, fluid levels, tire condition, and maintenance needs
• Report accidents, mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns immediately
• Maintain clear communication regarding schedules, deliveries, delays, and route changes
• Ensure packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documentation are accurate and submitted on time
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and the public
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Provide additional support with loading, unloading, mock-ups, setup, dismantling, and field installation assistance when required
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean and professional condition
• Accurately log hours worked and daily activities
• Wear company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience driving 24' and/or 26' straight trucks
• Experience backing, parking, loading, and maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces
• Knowledge of driver safety practices and local traffic laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing responsibilities
• Accurate record-keeping skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification preferred
• Safe driving awards or recognition preferred

Work Environment:

• Combination of driving, warehouse, and manufacturing-related environments
• Regular interaction with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• May assist in warehouse and field operations as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to move throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and delivery environments
• Ability to load, unload, and transport materials safely
