Job Description
Position Title: Material Handler
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift Hours: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Overtime: Yes – Up to 1 hour/day currently offered (subject to change)
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Lead support in instrument manufacturing operations.
Accurately and efficiently transfer production materials to and from storage areas.
Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory as needed.
Maintain high-quality record keeping to ensure accurate inventory records.
Receive and store materials in a timely and organized manner.
Pull materials to support various business operations.
Comfortable working in a cold environment.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free storage environment.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required safety gear.
Distribute FedEx and UPS deliveries throughout the facility.
Collaborate with Planning, Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality teams.
Support the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of methods and processes in compliance with quality standards.
