Revenue Operations Specialist

We're seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations professional to align marketing, sales, and business systems to support scalable growth. This role is responsible for optimizing CRM platforms, improving workflows, managing data integrity, and delivering insights that enhance revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms, including integrations with third-party tools.
• Manage lead routing, lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, and workflow automation.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve revenue processes and funnel performance.
• Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, forecasting, attribution, and key performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Document workflows and best practices to support scalability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus).
• Understanding of automation, data structures, reporting, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing funnels, lead lifecycle management, attribution, and revenue analytics.
• Experience with sales intelligence tools, event marketing support, and process documentation is preferred.
