*Residential Maintenance Technician Needed!*

Key Responsibilities:

• Unit Turns: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including painting, drywall repair, and basic fixture upgrades.
• Service Request: Complete daily service requests for residents (plumbing leaks, electrical issues, appliance repairs, etc.).
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems, water heaters, and common areas to prevent future issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1year minimum of experience in property maintenance or a related trade (hotel, hospital, or school maintenance).
• Technical Skills: * (HVAC/EPA & CPO Certification is a plus!).
• • Proficiency in plumbing (snaking drains, replacing faucets).
  • Basic electrical skills (swapping outlets, light fixtures).
  • Experience with painting and drywall repairs
  • The ability to install and service common household appliances.

Customer Service: A friendly, professional attitude while on site.

Reliability: Dependable transportation and communication skills are required.
