Insulation Installer

 Installation of batt insulation responsibilities:

·         Understand methods & equipment involved in Residential and Commercial Foam installs

·         Must have a high standard of finish Quality

·         Must be able to understand building codes and R-values

·         Learn to apply a smooth finished product

·         Maintenance & Cleanliness of all tools/Foam truck. Reports any problems to Manager

·         Must be safety-minded at all times / Attend all safety meetings and enforce company safety procedures

·         Loading and unloading materials as needed

·         Operate forklift

·         returning scaffolding after each project

·         Other related duties as assigned

Position Requirements/Skills/Training:

·         Valid Driver's License

·         Oral Communication Skills

·         Train Employees as needed

·         Ability to lift 60 lb.

·         Ability to operate a forklift

Pay:

$18/hr with no experience

$22 - $25/hr with experience
