As one of Michigan's leading home improvement companies and a 2026 Best and Brightest Company to Work For Award Winner, we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team.
What You'll Do
As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our installation crews by ensuring materials are delivered, organized, and ready for each project.
Responsibilities
- Deliver materials to installation crews and job sites safely and on time
- Stage and prepare materials for upcoming installation projects
- Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments
- Load and unload company vehicles
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse processes
- Work independently while also supporting the warehouse team
- Lift and move building materials weighing 50-100+ pounds
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50-100+ pounds regularly
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Warehouse, delivery, construction, logistics, or material handling experience is preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available)

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8-10 hour shifts
