Crossroads Behavior Consultation is hiring a BCBA for our Winnemucca, Nevada location.

This position is a strong fit for a BCBA who wants meaningful clinical work, accessible

leadership, a manageable billable expectation, and the opportunity to help shape ABA

services in a rural community.

Crossroads is a long-standing, locally grown ABA agency serving rural Northeastern

Nevada. Our services include clinic-based ABA, parent training, staff mentorship,

school/community consultation opportunities, and strong RBT development.

This role is built for a BCBA who wants to do solid clinical work, stay close to decision-

making, and have a real voice in how services grow.
