Collision Program Specialist

Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Contract Position - 12 months (opportunity for rock start candidate to be extended or convert)


Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collision Program Specialist to support the administration and growth of a Certified Collision Program. This role combines program coordination, vendor management, training support, reporting, and process improvement while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure program success.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate new program enrollments and certification renewals.
  • Manage participant records and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Support training, audits, and certification activities.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve program operations.
  • Create reports, presentations, and analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and program communications.
  • Support industry events and ongoing program initiatives.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, business operations, vendor management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience

  • Automotive dealership, collision repair, parts, or related industry experience.
  • Experience working with vendors or certification programs.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and analyzing business data.
