Warehouse Order Picker

Seeking experienced warehouse order pickers for one of the largest international Asian food and beverage distributors in the world in Hanover Park, IL. They specialize in high-quality Asian food products, beverages, and Japanese liquor, serving a diverse and continually growing global market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Picking orders based on pick tickets
• Equipment Operation: Utilizing electric pallet jacks safely to retrieve heavy or high-shelf items.
• Technology Usage: Using ⁠RF scanners to maintain strict accuracy.
• Packaging & Staging: Shrink-wrapping, boxing, and labeling picked orders, then transporting them to designated loading dock areas for dispatch.
• Safety & Compliance: Following OSHA guidelines, conducting pre-shift equipment inspections, and keeping work zones clean.

Job Details:

• Location: Hanover Park, IL 60133
• Pay Rate: $24.67 hourly
• Shift: 2nd (3:00 PM until completion of work, 8-12 hours daily)

Requirements

• Must have previous experience with order picking in a warehouse environment.
• Cold storage/freezer warehouse experience required
• Composite toe boots
• Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds 
• Must be authorized to work in the US, pass a drug test, and pass a background check
