What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately as prescribed by physicians.
• Continuously monitor resident conditions, vitals, and progress, promptly reporting any changes in status.
• Maintain precise and timely medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, physicians, and families to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure strict compliance with facility clinical protocols and State of Iowa nursing regulations.

What We Need from You (Qualifications)

• Licensure: Active and unencumbered Iowa RN or LPN License (RN required for select roles).
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing, or assisted living is highly preferred.
