Warehouse Shipping Associate

We're hiring a dependable Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team in Monroe, NC. If you have shipping or warehouse experience and enjoy staying organized, working with your hands, and making sure orders are sent out accurately and on time, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Create shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, and other carrier software.
• Weigh packages and verify shipping methods and shipping costs.
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping paperwork.
• Schedule carrier pickups to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Enter and update shipment information using Microsoft Excel.
• Inspect outgoing orders for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience using FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and simple spreadsheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
