We have a great client looking for a general laborer in Winsted, MN! This position starts as an initial 3-month contract and comes with the likeliness of becoming a long-term position.
Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Winsted, MN
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: 6am - 4pm Monday-Thursday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lift and move materials as directed
- Load and unload vehicles
- Dig, refill holes, and assist with site cleanup
- Perform general labor activities as needed
- Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have 6inch lace up work boots
- 0–4 years of prior related experience
Work Environment:
- Physical labor is a major component of the role
- Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds for most of the workday
- Occasional exposure to risks such as cuts, burns, or chemicals
- Occasional exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes
- Work is conducted primarily outdoors in a manual labor setting
