Sanitation Manager

The Sanitation Manager will oversee and direct sanitation and cleaning functions throughout the facility. They will provide leadership and direction to sanitation employees.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and direct sanitation associates in the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and facility areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards

* Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and manufacturer-recommended application methods

* Verify sanitation effectiveness through visual inspections, pre-op and post-op evaluations, and corrective actions as needed

* Complete and maintain sanitation records, inspection documentation, and verification paperwork to support regulatory and quality requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

* 3+ years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment

* Previous supervisor or lead experience

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm

* GMP experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* SQF certification is preferred

* HACCP certification is preferred
