Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking 3rd Shift Shipping & Receiving Associates to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with forklift experience who are looking for a stable, long-term career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shipping & Receiving Job Summary

Pay: Starting at $18.00+/hour (based on experience)

Shift Available:

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Overtime required as needed, including potential 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely throughout the shift.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.

• Verify packing slips, work tags, and shipping documentation for accuracy.

• Stage materials for production and shipment.

• Operate banders, scales, and other shipping equipment.

• Complete shipping paperwork accurately.

• Assist with material movement while working both on and off the forklift.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Shipping & Receiving Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required.

• Shipping and receiving experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and dusty industrial setting.

• Ability to lift 15–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork.

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
