We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated Meijer account offering excellent annual earnings, consistent freight, and outstanding benefits. Compensation & Benefits

✅ Average annual earnings of $84,000 to $90,000

Job Details

✅ Semi-local dedicated account

✅ Average 2,500 miles per week

✅ No touch freight

✅ Approximately 75% regional freight and 25% local freight

✅ Daily deliveries to Meijer stores throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin

✅ Shuttle runs between distribution centers

✅ Majority of freight is drop and hook

✅ Backhauls are approximately 85% drop and hook

✅ Average 2 to 3 nights out per week

✅ Single bunk sleeper trucks

✅ Trucks remain at the account during home time

✅ Slip seating only required during mandatory service situations

✅ Consistent year-round freight

Requirements

✅ Valid Class A CDL

✅ Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience

✅ Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire

✅ Hazmat endorsement costs reimbursed by the account

✅ Strong safety mindset

✅ Dependable attendance and work ethic

✅ Ability to work scheduled holidays when required

Training

✅ Approximately 3 days of training

✅ Paid mileage and stop pay during training

✅ Safety pay at $20 per hour
