A high volume upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Support all front and back-of-house operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
- Maintain a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and guest relations skills
- Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Compensation & Benefits
