Small Package Shipping & Packing Associate
Location: Vandalia, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:00 to 9:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

PrideStaff is partnering with an established, premier leader in commercial air distribution and custom HVAC manufacturing. They have been a stable, team-oriented staple in the area for several decades. While they manufacture massive commercial systems, they also ship out critical small components, fittings, and parts daily.
We are looking for a sharp, efficient Small Package Shipping Associate who knows the ins and outs of parcel shipping and can keep orders flying out the door accurately.
What You’ll Do:
Pick & Pack: Retrieve small HVAC components, hardware, and fabricated parts from warehouse inventory based on daily order sheets.
Parcel Shipping Management: Pack items securely into small boxes or mailers and process shipments using UPS and USPS software.
Quality & Accuracy: Verify part numbers and quantities before taping up the box—making sure the right customer gets the right parts every time.
Inventory & Organization: Keep your packing station stocked, tidy, and ready for daily carrier pickups.
What We’re Looking For:
Pick/Pack/Ship Experience: Prior experience specifically handling small packages, parcel shipping, and order fulfillment.
Carrier Software Savvy: Familiarity with UPS WorldShip, USPS, or similar shipping platforms is a major plus.
Detail-Driven: Fast and accurate, with a sharp eye for reading part numbers and matching order invoices.
Great Energy: A reliable, team-oriented individual who enjoys a steady, productive pace.
