Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Westminster - Full-time / Part-time

This is a single level home in an over-55 community occupied by an elderly couple with no pets. The husband has limited vision and walks with a walker. The wife (my mom) is largely independent, driving and taking care of her laundry, dishes and room. Help needed includes doing the man's laundry and cleaning/tidying his room, cleaning floors (mostly hardwood) and vacuuming (two carpets), cleaning his bathroom, taking things up and down to the basement (stair chair) and putting things away that my mom can't reach. Someone who has experience with elder care would be helpful.
