Warehouse Associates - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking several Warehouse Professionals to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)

Location: North Haven, CT

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 4 Days a Week from 5:30 am to 2:00 PM - 32 hours a week - Additional shifts will be available, including overtime. 

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine items to be moved or shipped
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and visitors
• Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and assemble products as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with loading and unloading trailers and using handheld scanners is a plus
