Production Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong sales, order management, and accounting knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process equipment orders ranging from $1,000 to $100,000 from start to finish
• Handle quoting, sales support, receiving, and order tracking
• Communicate professionally with clients, including Fortune 500 companies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely fulfillment of all orders
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone presence
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Mechanically inclined
• Associates Degree preferred

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
