Civil Land Development Designer – Charlotte, NC

• Join a growing civil engineering team in Charlotte, NC as a Civil Designer focused on land development projects.
• Prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with project engineers, survey teams, and clients to deliver accurate design solutions.
• Utilize Civil 3D for surface modeling, alignments, profiles, grading, and plan production.
• Qualifications:
• 2+ years of civil land development design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
• Strong understanding of site design, grading, and utility plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
