Health Source Group is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team supporting school districts throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and surrounding areas. Whether you’re an experienced school nurse, looking for a change from the hospital setting, or a new graduate eager to gain pediatric experience, we’d love to connect with you!

LPN Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one nursing care for medically fragile students
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor students throughout the school day
Support students during transportation when required
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Active New York State RN or LPN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD documentation
- MMR documentation
- Ability to complete NYC Department of Education fingerprinting (required)
Assignments are available throughout: Nassau and Suffolk County
