What You'll Do

• Build and wire custom industrial control panels and automation equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
• Install and wire motors, sensors, drives, PLC components, relays, and other control devices
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support machine startup and testing
• Collaborate with engineering and controls teams to complete custom machine builds
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Experience building or wiring industrial control panels or automation equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery and industrial electrical systems
• Knowledge of motors, sensors, VFDs, relays, and control panels
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment
