Electrical Panel Builder - Industrial Automation
Location: Belvidere, IL
Shift: 1st Shift – Contract to Hire
Pay: $30.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Build and wire custom industrial control panels and automation equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
- Install and wire motors, sensors, drives, PLC components, relays, and other control devices
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and support machine startup and testing
- Collaborate with engineering and controls teams to complete custom machine builds
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Experience building or wiring industrial control panels or automation equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
- Experience with PLC-controlled machinery and industrial electrical systems
- Knowledge of motors, sensors, VFDs, relays, and control panels
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment
