Grand Central Bakery is seeking a collaborative, hands-on leader to support our Delivery team and help ensure safe, efficient, and exceptional service every day. The Assistant Delivery Manager partners with the Delivery Manager to oversee daily operations, coach and develop drivers, coordinate scheduling, support hiring and training, and maintain high standards for safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
