Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I have Parkinsons. I use an orthotic and a walker. I need someone to drive me to appts. and run errands. I need help dressing , bathing and bathroom assistance when not at home. I have 2 dogs. About the care needs: Trustworthy, friendly, punctual Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
