Babysitter

My schedule rotates for the month, and sometimes I have to cover shifts or work extra hours. The only situations where I truly need a babysitter is when that happens, so maybe a couple of times per month, and in the future maybe more often. Im also on overnight shift so it would be a 12am-10:30 a.m. shift for the sitter. I usually have meals and everything prepped and necessities stocked. I want someone who genuinely cares and is engaging. I have no other options so the help is greatly appreciated.
