Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child of 6 months old. He has been going through sleep regression a lot, and a very light sleeper. We are 2 working individuals who need at least few hours of sleep at night to function. We are looking for nanny who can sleep train the baby.
