Babysitter Needed

I'm looking for a great nanny for my twin infants. They are 7 months old but preemie so corrected age is 5 months old. There grandmother works a flexible remote job so you would be taking care of them at her house so she can assist and instruct but I am looking for someone outgoing who can take direction but also initiative so that my mother is able to work. The hours are tuesdays and wednesdays 9a-4p. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying.
