Pet Care Needed

Harley is a rescue about 3 years old belgian malinois, she is full of energy but just a few minutes of play and she settles down. She doesn't walks and we are still working on reactivity to other dogs while on leash so no walking in required. I am looking for someone to let her out in the back yard to give her a potty break mid day while I am at work (supervised & on leash) or to let her run and throw the frisbee (off leash with training collar). She is also content with sitting on the couch and looking out the window after a little play time. Inside play is okay with her soft toys.
