What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with customers and contractors at homes and job sites for walkthroughs
• Review architectural plans and recommend door styles and design options
• Create bids, estimates, and sales documentation
• Present bids in person and follow up to close sales
• Cold call and develop new business relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth execution

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience required
  • Custom door, window, or construction sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Excellent attention to detail with an eye for design
• Ability to work professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
