Enrollment and Billing Representative

Salary: $19-20/hr.

Express Employment is seeking an enrollment and billing representative for a health insurance provider. Job duties include:

• Supporting membership and enrollment duties for Medicare Advantage, Individual, and Commercial lines of business during open the enrollment season
• Processing electronic and written enrollment and disenrollment applications
• Processing ACH entry forms and payments
• Processing electronic files, doing data entry, running and processing reports
• Contacting members regarding incomplete or missing information on enrollment forms
• Assisting with other assignments to help support daily and weekly workflows

Skills:

• Data entry and administrative experience
• Healthcare-related experience is a plus
• Billing-related and/or invoice processing experience is a plus
• Attention to detail, able to problem-solve and follow directions

Other details:

• 100% onsite at Meridian campus
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay rate is $19-20/hr.
• Starts 08/10/2026
• Estimated end date of 11/01/2026, but may have opportunity to extend based on hiring needs
