Electric Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Lakeside and greater San Diego, CA area. This role is ideal for a proven electrical construction professional who has managed larger commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout and is ready to take on greater leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial electrical construction projects from award through completion, including schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Prepare estimates, change orders, cost forecasts, and project financial updates to support profitability and successful project delivery.
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents to identify risks, opportunities, scope gaps, and cost impacts.
- Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, estimators, vendors, general contractors, and internal operations teams.
- Negotiate pricing, manage material and equipment procurement, and support project planning from preconstruction through closeout.
- Build strong client and field team relationships while mentoring junior project managers and contributing to operational improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $105,000 to $150,000 per year.
