- Use a tape measure for basic measurements to support accurate assembly and placement of components.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely, including drills and other shop tools, as part of daily tasks.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed, including packaging, handling materials, and preparing products for transport.
- Clean windows and surfaces prior to shipment to maintain a high-quality, professional presentation.
- Follow instructions and work either independently or as part of a team, depending on the task requirements.
- Handle materials safely, including lifting items up to 50 pounds and participating in team lifts for heavier objects.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Commit to and fulfill the full contract duration of approximately 3–6 months.
- Work scheduled hours on 1st shift and be willing to work overtime when required.
Essential Skills

- Ability to use or learn basic hand tools and power tools such as cordless drills, screw guns, saws, nail guns, and wrenches.
- Basic familiarity with a cordless screwdriver or similar tools, or a willingness to learn and work in a wood shop setting.
- Ability to use a tape measure for simple measurements.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in team lifts for heavier items.
- Reliability and willingness to complete a 3–6 month contract assignment.
- Willingness to work overtime when required and to adapt to varying tasks and priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with painting, sanding, and basic carpentry tasks.
- Background in assembly, construction, warehouse, or packaging work.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools in a production or shop setting.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a small team of approximately 7–8 people.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome, especially those who are comfortable with tools and physical work.
Why Work Here?
