Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of injection molding machines and associated equipment to ensure maximum production efficiency and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines (e.g., hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems).
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process issues.
- Maintain auxiliary equipment including thermolators, chillers, dryers, and conveyors.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Document all maintenance work, including repairs and preventive measures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experienceworking with injection molding equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automation systems is a plus.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
