Pay & Schedule

• Competitive base salary plus commission
• Performance-based earning potential with uncapped commission opportunities
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage a multi-county sales territory throughout northeast Iowa
• Prospect new business and develop relationships with farmers, contractors, municipalities, and acreage owners
• Meet with customers to understand equipment needs and recommend the right solutions
• Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field and at the dealership
• Follow up on showroom leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward monthly and annual sales goals
• Represent a respected agricultural and construction equipment dealership in your assigned territory

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in equipment, agricultural, construction, industrial, B2B, or B2C sales preferred
• Strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently
• Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable learning to operate heavy equipment for customer demonstrations
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors during demonstrations
• Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
